The construction of the building was carried out by the British company ARUP between 2006-2008.
In the "Art Center" section of the space, which consists of three main sections, there is a 1.153-person concert hall with special acoustic qualities and an orchestra pit with an elevator, a second hall for 243 people, meeting halls and exhibition spaces.
