ÖZTAŞ Inc. Company, Our company took part in the construction work of İzmir HRS 2nd Stage (Üçyol - F. Altay), of which the contractor is Electric and Electronic Systems. Light Rail System's CER Power is provided to vehicles operating with 750 V DC via the 3rd Rail. We brought energy to the Göztepe Traction center in Göztepe from the Karabağlar download center (154 / 34.5 kV) and connected the Traction center to Üçyol Traction center with 36 kV cable inside the Tunnel, enabling double-sided supply. The HV cells we procured and installed in the CER Center are 36 kV Metal Clad (LSC2B-PM) cells. 2x3.300 kVA Dd0y5 34.5 / 0.6 kV dry type transformer is used to provide the traction power. The voltage received from the Traction Transformers was rectified with 12 pulses 2x2.500 kW Rectifiers (DC 750 V), and given to the rails with 4000 A DC feeder breakers with drawers and trolleys. The system is connected to the main control center in Halkapınar with the SCADA system installed for remote monitoring and remote maneuvering. The work we do; Energy Supply, Göztepe CER Center, Tunnel Stray Current and Corrosion system installation, Tunnel lighting, Tunnel and Platform emergency phones, All Strong Current (1.600 kVA) and Weak Current Systems (Telephone, Emergency Phone, Tunnel and Station of Hatay and İzmirspor Stations) Radio System, Central Clock System, Emergency Announcement and Sound System, Passenger Information System, Fire Detection System Security System, Charge System, CCTV System, Driver Monitoring System) Design, Material Supply, Assembly, Testing and Commissioning of HVAC System and SCADA System and the Integration of these systems with the systems made in the 1st Phase. More than 200,000 man-hour workforce was managed with 7 staff members for this job.
