The Congress and Cultural Center was established on a 25.000 m2 living area and has a construction area of 83.000 m2. In the Congress and Culture Center; There are 1 2000-person capacity, 1 1000-person concert and theater hall, 1 500-seat theater, 7 Seminar halls, 5 Wedding Halls, 500-person restaurant, workshop rooms and cafeterias.
